We try, but sometimes when the backlog is this massive, different translators are at different stages in their episodes. Some get done more quickly than others, so this becomes an inevitable result. At the same time, we are cross-training a number of staff members, so some episodes need multiple checks before moving onto the next stage. Once we get caught up, this shouldn’t be a problem!
